In the early 1990’s, severely allergic to pool chlorine, Guy Chretien, a Canadian healthcare specialist, wanted a product to replace chlorine in pools. Enlisting the help of two scientists, they created Crystalline Pool System a product that allowed the safe reduction of chlorine usage in regular pool maintenance.
Crystalline Pool System’s excellence was confirmed after rigorous testing by 5 Canadian Universities and 2 Research Institutes. Approved and registered with Health Canada, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in Switzerland and Hungary, the registration process is currently spreading world-wide.

Traditionally, manufacturers recommend 1.5ppm or more for chlorine levels in pools.

Chlorine and what’s in your pool?

How does Crystalline Pool System work?

Crystalline chemically reduces chlorine by helping it transform into hypochlorous acid (HOCl) - its effective bacteria-killing form and at the same time eliminates the irritating effects that effect your eyes, hair and bathing suits. Your pool can operate at a lower chlorination level, thus giving you less contact with chlorine, but still giving you the protection of disinfection of the pool water.
